    Lyle Thompson joins me to discuss how his Onondoga roots are intertwined with Lacrosse, known as [Deyhontsigwa'ehs] in his native language.  Lyle is the NCAA’s all-time leading scorer and someone universally regarded as one of the best lacrosse players in the world.  (Member of the: Iroquois Nationals, Chesapeake and Georgia Swarm).  Despite his well-deserved accolades and his love of the sport, so too is the love of his culture and heritage.

    Debut Episode with guest Michael Te Arawa Bennett.  Michael is an award winning screenwriter and director of film and television as well as author and owner of The 10,000 production company.  Michael is a native New Zealander and also member of the Ngāti Pikiao and Ngāti Whakaue people.
