In this episode, I team up with my dad as we share our thoughts and experience on The Importance Of Fathers in their daughter(s) lives. I also share my thoughts, as well on the importance of fathers being in their daughters lives. The reason and purpose for us doing this episode, is to encourage father and daughter bonds and relationships, so that children can heal from childhood trauma that may have been caused due to their parents mistakes.     What Is Love?

    Hello Everyone! Today on this episode I am asking a question! What is Love? Do you know what love is? What is your definition of love? There are all kinds of definitions when it comes to love.  The true meaning of Love is found in 1 Corinthians 13:4-8. Love is a special and powerful word. It should not be thrown around and said loosely. Saying the word Love when you don't mean it can be said to be playing with others feelings or emotions.  Love should be natural and not forceful.  The challenge for today is What is Love?

    Hello Everyone! In this episode I ask the question, What are you healing from? This is important and DEEP because in order to heal and take the healing journey, you have to have clarity on what it is you are healing from and just start the PROCESS. Its not an easy process! You will have restarts and that is perfectly ok! There is POWER in what in what we speak into existence and over our Lives! AFFIRMATIONS are so powerful and they are good for us! They help encourage and strengthen us. We must speak those words as if they have already happened!     Decluttering Your Life

    Hello Everyone! In this episode, I am talking about and discussing tips and ideas on Decluttering your Life. These tips may not be suitable for everyone depending on your situation, but they definitely work! Decluttering is a big process! It takes commitment, and discipline to take  this journey, in order to let go and release in a healthy way. It's not an over night process. For some it may take months and for others it may take longer.  Whatever your journey is, adjust them how you feel the need to. The decluttering process is not and will not be an easy one. Take your time and move along in the process and take as much time as you need to. This is a  helpful process for men and women.  It is very important who, what, how, and where we invest our energy. Our energy can't be associated and attached to  everyone or everything! We have total control over that! YES YOU CAN CONTROL THAT! During this process don't be so hard on yourself and give yourself credit for taking this BIG STEP to get yourself and life BETTER!     Healing and Brokenness

    Hello Everyone! In this episode! I talk about healing and being broken. I also talk about what it means to be broken, and shared tips on how you can heal, while your healing and transitioning in your BROKENESS. I have to agree, that we are all or have been broken in our LIVES, at some point.  Sometimes people suffer in their brokenness forever, without ever healing from their past hurt and pains. This can continue to lead, to a life of unhappiness and more damage on so many level in your life. Not many want to heal or try to, but there are many who do want to heal, and don't know how to take the first steps to healing, letting go and moving on to a better and happier version of themselves.
