    Breastfeeding vs Formula Feeding

    Choosing whether or not to breastfeed your child is a choice that only you can make, and rest assured that knowing that many people have done both and have had a long life full of family and love. There can be many health benefits to breastfeeding your child, but health benefits can look different sometimes. Maybe a health benefit for you is that you don’t have to spend hours a day pumping milk for your child, restlestly, day and night as you begin back into the workplace. It depends on your lifestyle and personal preference. Whatever path you decide to commit to, first commit to loving and cherishing your baby your whole life long. Children often will repay you in the future with more love and fulfillment than you could have ever asked for.
