    Hispanic/ Latinx Heritage Month

    In this episode, Hermanas discuss what latinidad means to us. We are joined by Nia M. Rainer, a Hermana from the Alpha Zeta Chapter at High Point University, and Jose Martinez Quiroz, a brother of the Davidson College Associate Chapter of Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity, Inc. We wanted to highlight how we celebrate our latinidad, whether during our heritage month or in general. We also share our traditions on and off campus. We have found difficulty navigating our latinidad in a predominantly white institution. We have found that finding community in these spaces is essential.
