She got started wholesaling about 5 years ago after attending a weekend real estate seminar. Since she had recently been laid off from her job she decided to go all in and put $90k on a credit card for coaching and mentoring. After getting home from the weekend event she immediately went door knocking and landed her first deal. While getting the wholesaling game going she went to work for a title company for a couple years to learn the ins and outs of transactions. During that time she formed several relationships that would be instrumental to building her rental portfolio. Kristina has found a niche investing for cash flow in C & D class neighborhoods and is passionate about turning around blocks in North St. Louis City.     On this weeks episode of the Freedom Path Investors Podcast #15, we sat down with local St. Louis flooring company owner and real estate investor Brad Evans; from Evans Flooring. Brad started buying rental property about 5 years ago and reinvesting profits from his company in passive income. Now he owns 10 free & clear houses and will do an occasional fix & flip to keep all his crews busy.    Some key take aways from our conversation;  1- invest the same time you put into your vices or bad habits instead into your buisness or passion.  2- reinvest into your buisness early on to scale  3- delegate the jobs you don't like and aren't good at and elevate A players on your team  4- always be marketing yourself  5- do whatever it takes if you want to be successful, outwork and out hustle the other guys
