    Episode 1: Introduction

    In this premiere episode, I spend some time introducing the Podcast and the overall format and goals of the project. Then we hop right into discussing sex and exploring the messages that we have gotten about sex across our lifespan. In order to be truly sex positive, we have to address our own beliefs about sex and where they originated.     Hello! And Welcome to Queeries and Theories, a Podcast where my guests and I talk about topics such as mental health, personal and professional development, sexuality and gender, sex positivity and kink, and whatever else we feel like chatting about that day. Each episode we will discuss our own views of each topic and encourage listeners to do the same (via self-reflective queries) as well as discover new perspectives (via scientific or personal theories). Here on Queeries and Theories we appreciate the holistic queer experience and value diversity of thought, so at times, we may all be challenged to broaden our perspectives about topics we discuss. This is not a safe space, but a courageous space and in our discomfort we will find growth.
