    One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced, now more than ever before, is keeping myself in touch with the reality outside of me. I feel like this is a common problem in the world we live in today. With all the new technology and ever-growing drive our generation has, we spend most of our lives thinking and doing. We no longer take the time to consume the world around us, and the reality that the truth within ourselves is trying to show us. In this episode, I talk about how I struggled with being locked up in my own thoughts that held me back from experiencing the truth within myself, and the lessons I learned on how to get of my head to be present with my reality.     01. It's not the End of the World

    The world is chaotic, and always full of situations, some good and some bad, but is it the end of the world? It’s common within our society to react to situations in a manner as if the world around you is ending. However, our response should never disable us in fear, rather empower us to move ahead, because life always goes on. I hope you guys enjoy my first episode! I will admit... I was nervous while recording, but that’s alright. I’m exposing my voice for millions to hear, and I’ll get more comfortable overtime. That’s with everything in life - you get better overtime.
