    Overcoming Addictions

    Happy holidays everyone! I hope everyone is being intentional with their time as we approach the end of 2023. This is a time to relax, recover, and reflect. In this episode I take some time myself to reflect on negative addictions that I consumed in 2023 and how I am working on breaking free of them. I only want to be addicted to progress and success and with 2024 approaching I am more motivated than ever, to keep my life on track. If you are battling with an addiction of any nature and are listening to this episode, I want you to know that you are not alone. Keep going through the battle for YOU.
