    020 | 2026: The Great Reassessment

    Hello beautiessssss ✨ As we close the door on 2025, I’m keeping it real — this year was honestly… a bit of a cosmic kick in the ass. It was the great reassessment. The pause. The moment that forced me to look at myself, my habits, my faith, and how I’ve been moving through life. In today’s episode, I’m sharing my intentions for 2026: the year of authenticity, reclamation, flow, and surrender. This isn’t about chasing a “main character” version of yourself or over-planning your way into paralysis. It’s about returning home to yourself and building from a place that actually feels true. We talk about: • Why 2026 is about flow over force • Breaking the year into quarters instead of overwhelming life- long plans • My three core goals for Q1, including growing Healing From Within • Taking small, consistent action before pleasure (yes, even before scrolling) • Reconnecting with Source and the higher self after spiritual burnout • Reprogramming pessimistic thought patterns and choosing optimism with intention • Being more mindful about what we consume — visually, mentally, emotionally, and physically If you’re a recovering “negative Nancy,” a chronic overthinker, or someone who’s been feeling disconnected from themselves, this episode is for you.
