    BONUS: Podcasts on hold.

    The timing just doesn't feel right. I need to get into better routine, spread my energy in directions that are serving me etc. As much as I love podcasting I do want to be more mindful of the quality of what I am putting out there and I just don't have the time to make it as good as I would like at the moment. Sooooo hopefully in the near future you will hear more from me. A big shout to everyone who's taking the time to listen to what I've had to say and what others had to say. Hope you felt inspired and I hope you listen again when the timing is right.

    8. What is the Great Reset Anyways?

    This episode contains a wealth of information pertaining to 2020 conspiracy theories and actual tangible things that are unfolding right in front of our eyes. Agenda 21 and the great reset are terms that have been flooding social media and also have been spoken straight out of the mouths of political leaders. whether you believe it or not I think it's important to hear this.     10. Stef, on being Deaf.

    My youngest sis and bro are deaf. There are different levels of hearing loss that range between mild, moderate, severe and profound. My bother and sister are both in the severe to profound category. They both wear hearing aids and my brother has a cochlear implant. I felt honored fo have talked with Stephanie in regards to her journey being deaf. She opens up about some of the challenges she faces, some insight for how to be more mindful around those who have a condition, and some of the beauty that comes with being different. She is a walking inspiration and I'm so proud of her. I hope you enjoy what she has to say! (Last episode till the new year y'all)

    In regards to covid... stop the Division and question everything. I want to encourage you to dig deeper, to not believe everything you hear and to be ok with others thinking differently then yourself. Lets uplift each other during this hard time and help one another feel empowered and informed.

    Hey Everyone, thanks for tuning in. I had a Fantastic conversation with Jen Hanover. She is a nutritionist and an author and opens up to us about the chronic condition she has called T.S.W. Her goal is to inspire others through their healing journey and encourages everyone to practice "radical discernment " in their lives. She uses an all encompassing mind, body, spirit approach to healing. If you suffer from the common condition of ezema and have used steroid creams in the past then you are going to want to listen to this one as its very eye opening.     6. Gettin Down to Business with Hunter and Hare.

    Hunter and Hare is a local consignment store that was started by two wonderful ladies Jo and Micki. I was able to talk with Micki about how their business came to be. For those of you who don't know, a consignment store is a quailty used clothing store where individual can drop their items off and then receive a portion of the profits on the items that sell. If your clothes are not picked or do not sell then H&H donates them to a woman's shelter. Reduce. Reuse. Recycle. Is their moto.

    Its a mix of ideologies and theories, a blending of sides and an all around confusing mess. This episode is short but deep. I asked a simple question during not so simple of a time and received written responses from a number of people. The question is, "What are your thoughts on this current American election?
