How has COVID 19 affected foster children?

The lives of families are in turmoil due to COVID 19, schools are closed and days are spent on Zoom. Parents are having to teach their children the quadratic formula and many household incomes are at risk. Now, imagine all of this on top of having your foundation been chewed swallowed whole, spit back up, and chewed again. This is the current life of a foster child.
