Y’all I’m tired, but it’s a good tired. We’re talking teacher tired: Lesson planning, working way past contract hours, meetings, parent conferences, professional developments , responding to angry emails, attending after school events because you’ll feel guilty if you don’t. Despite the pressures of what it takes to be an effective educator, the feeling of always giving your best and seeing students thrive is what makes this profession so rewarding.
