Welcome to A Breath of Fresh Air

It's here!!! This is something I have had thoughts of doing for probably about a year now and I feel more ready than ever to begin this journey of podcasting! If you are reading this right now or listening to this episode, thank you from the bottom of my heart! This podcast is going to cover just about everything from dating advice to just trying to survive your 20s because I swear every day there is a new challenge. But, that's okay. We're all human, we will get through it and I want to normalize talking about the f****d up shit that goes on that many people don't talk about. Some episodes will be lighthearted and fun but others will be talking about mental health, depression, abuse, etc. It's gonna get a lil crazy but I want this to be the platform where I can talk about absolutely anything I want. So thank you for following me along this journey, I appreciate you more than you will ever know! Make sure to follow this podcast on Instagram @abreathoffreshairpodcast, as well as me too @kelanianastasi. Thank you for listening, please dm me your podcast requests and I will see you guys next week for episode 2. Love you!
