    Hey everyone, my name is Gundy and welcome to Gundys Thoughts Podcast. This podcast, more or less is a way for me to process my thoughts- a type of podcast-blog I suppose. A part of this verbal process, is asking questions, asking questions helps to understand, and allows me to sidestep misunderstanding and frustrations. I lived a lot of my early life just going about my day and not really critically thinking about the world around me. Only a few years ago did I start asking questions, and allowing people in my life, to speak into my life. Once this process started happening I discovered that the more I learned about myself and the more I payed attention to my surroundings, my memory started to improve and I became more aware of what was happening around me and in the larger scope of things, the world. And I can't help but think, if this happened to me, how many more people in the world go about life in this way? One of the aims of this podcast is to open the door to critical thinking and asking questions. I know I've said that a lot, however its something that has massively helped me in my life and in my career. In this podcast, Ill be talking about political hot topic buttons, religion and how to talk to people.
