Episode 2: (5) Ways to Integrate Mindfulness Into Your Writing

Welcome to today's new episode "5 Ways to Integrate Mindfulness Into Your Writing."  There are several ways mindfulness can be integrated to help us cope with demanding schedules, writer's block, anxiety and the changing times.  As a former doctoral student, I realized getting lost in a dissertation was easy and stressful but could be a better journey with Take 5 mindfulness practices. Take a listen! Step away from the assignment for 5 minutes. (Engage with family or friends.) Take 5 slow deep breaths. Go for a 5-minute walk. Write 5 things you are grateful for that happened on that day. Close your eyes for 5 minutes. Check out the blog for this episode here.
