    Episode 5: On mental health - you’re not alone.

    Today I am proud to announce my most anticipated podcast to date. For a long time I have read literature and been studying mental health at university and have wanted to simplify its existence into a podcast for your ears. We will be discussing sensitive topics like the progression of mental illness and the workings of a healthy mind and the innovation of psychotropic medications for the treatment of ailments of the mind.
