    Routines 101

Hi Millennial :) S4E5 This week we talk about routines in "millennial" terms. As someone with ADHD it's a little hard for my routines to stick but as we break it down, we see that building a "perfect routine" isn't as simple as it seems. Nonetheless, sometimes you just have to start somewhere. Also, remember, setbacks are important :) Subscribing, sharing and following would be the most appreciated :) These episodes are in no way, shape or form therapy and should not be used to professionally treat mental health symptoms. The episodes are for educational and entertainment purposes only. Be sure to check out my instagram pages where I post carousels and reels directly from these episodes. You will also be able to find mental health resources on there as well. Below are some websites to check out in the case you are needing to find a therapist. 1. Affordable therapy: https://openpathcollective.org/ (be sure to change to the appropriate state you currently reside in) 2. Therapy through Insurance: https://www.psychologytoday.com/us 3. https://www.crisistextline.org/ (if you want to text, text the word HOME to 741741 4. Trans Lifeline: (877) 565-8860 5. LGBTQ: https://www.thetrevorproject.org/get-help/ (text 678678 to chat via text - confidentially)
