    Heart Sutra Mantra Meditation

    This mantra is very dear to my heart. It is THE mantra that catapulted my spiritual awakening. It saved my life in times of danger, it calmed my anxiety and allowed me to break unhealthy patterns. I learned this from an in leu monk,a fellow traveler, Robert Rollins. An amazing photographer, and a dear friend. Sitting with Buddhist monks at a momentary for a year, I learned the power of silence. The power of mantras, and the power of the mind.
