First I’d like to say as a whole I do find the conversations interesting but the traditions discussed that make the word of God to no affect bothers and saddens me. The latest episode in discussion of baptism and baptismal regeneration or (new birth) as some call it leaves so many questions and concerns to many who have experienced new birth upon repenting from a life of sin post infant baptism.
Teaching a formulated water baptismal regeneration is a great error and a disservice to the teaching of the full gospel of the Kingdom of God, the below scripture shared teaches plainly the contradiction discussed and taught in this latest episode.
Acts 8:14-17 NKJV
[14] Now when the apostles who were at Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received the word of God, they sent Peter and John to them, [15] who, when they had come down, prayed for them that they might receive the Holy Spirit.
