    What matters fam? I thought of switching things up a little bit by starting this new season called "What matters reacts", where I read various stories on reddit and then give my honest, unfiltered opinion about the topic at hand.     Be still

    Hello what matters it's your girl Miss Kae, I want us to talk about being still amidst all the chaos. Being still means to stop fighting, to relax or to put your hands down. Being still is important in your life's journey here on earth because it gives you a peace of mind,being still means taking one day at a time and knowing what battles are worth fighting and what aren't. I wish nothing but a calm,still and relaxed day.

    The importance of improving the spiritual aspect of your life

    The spiritual aspect of your life goes hand in hand with the physical aspect,if one begins to fail or if one lacks,the other fails or lacks too. Once I neglect the spiritual aspect of my life, depression kicks in,sadness,pain and anger creep back in,fear slowly moves in, all of which I have dealt with previously, so make sure you not only feed the physical aspect of your life but the spiritual aspect too... whatever happens spiritually transcends or manifests physically. Never neglect the spiritual aspect of your life.

    Dedication is Key

    Hello Beauty Gang, today on what matters? I thought of doing something a little bit different, something that I haven't normally done in my previous podcasts, I decided to share something a little bit more personal,something that I was battling with and going through for the past couple of months. Please stay tuned to find out more of how I handled what I was going through and what I realized in the midst of all that chaos of trying to be like or look like others. We are going to look at what dedication is,and how we can aspire to be dedicated in all that we do.
