Hit the Books: Season 4 Episode 39

The retirement tour continues as Hit the Books gets closer and closer to Summerslam! This week things are heating up as the PPV comes closer and closer and tensions are flaring! Over on RAW Goldberg confronts the team of One Nation, more specifically the head of the table Roman Reigns. Rhea Ripley teams up with the returning Becky Lynch to take on the team of Liv Morgan and RAW Women's Champion Sasha Banks. Finally in the main event Chad Gable takes on Johnny Gargano in a bout for the United States Championship and the name Mr. Wrestling! Over on Smackdown 3 huge debuts onto the Smackdown roster when Io Shirai, Zelina Vega, and Harry Smith all have their first matchups in Smackdown! Charlotte Flair and Natalya are hungry for challengers for the Women's Tag Team Championships and no one seems to want to answer, until a certain women's team from RAW has something to say that is. This week on Hit the Books things continue to heat up as Ryan and Mikey draw closer and closer to Summerslam! They have some awesome cards lined up this week for you to check out. A Huge debut from NXT makes his way up to RAW to challenge Mr. Wrestling and United States Champion Chad Gable. Bobby Lashley searches for revenge against MVP, Ali and Alexander when he goes one on one with Cedric. Finally in the main event a RAW Women's Championship match takes place when Sasha Banks takes on Rhea Ripley! Over on Smackdown two debuts from the NXT roster join the blue brand. Roderick Strong lays down a challenge to anyone who wants a shot at his Intercontinental Championship. With the PPV being literally right around the corner tune in to see how all the feuds and storylines these two have been building play out! Of course the last mixed tag team qualifying match to determine the last two competitors in the MITB match! Mandy Rose and Angel Garza fulfill destiny when they team up to take on Drew McIntyre and Tamina! Lastly in a giant main event Keith Lee teams up with Ricochet to take on the team of Roman Reigns and Tomasso Ciampa! Over on Smackdown, the last two MITB qualifying matchups are taking pace to determine the last two competitors on the Smackdown side! AJ Styles is set to take on Sheamus and Natalya goes head to head with Nikki Cross!
