    On this episode of #ReflectionArtist Live we have Rich Light - Owner of Gloss-It Rich developed a passion for cars at a young age, which was passed on from his father (a car collector), who kept him busy maintaining the family car collection.  It didn't take long before he was cleaning the neighborhood cars, then beginning his first mobile detailing business....at age 15! His business took him through college, but then decided to try out the corporate world. Unfortunately the company he worked for went out of business and he found himself back at what he already knew and loved....detailing! Being unsatisfied with most products on the market, Rich decided to start to develop his own products. He decided to move his business to sunny Las Vegas, Nevada in 1995, hired a chemist and began to build the Gloss-It lineup of products! Today Rich offers a full line of Gloss-It car care products ranging from cleaners, protectants & conditioners....to polishes, waxes and sealants as well. Gloss-It also offers educational videos, articles, discussion forums, tech sessions and detail classes.  Gloss-It and their team works closely with leading companies and brands like Jay Leno's Garage, Classiccars.com, Hot August Nights, Velocity and Counting Cars to name a few. Jason finally decided it was time to do his own thing and founded, scaled, and eventually sold his own detailing company (also still growing to this day). He then created a consulting company that focused on helping and supporting numerous car wash and detail shop owners to grow their business. Jason accepted position with Koch-Chemie in 2020 as Northeast Regional Sales Manager and with a total of 26 years of car wash and detail experience was recently named National Sales Director.     On this episode of #ReflectionArtist Live we have Jacob Harrod - AutoClean Detail Company - Disabled Veteran - United States Army Jacob served in the Army from 2004 until 2008, with 1 deployment to Iraq from 2005 - 2006. After leaving the military, he struggled for many years trying to find his way. Eventually about 7 years ago a friend got him interested in detailing. He soon found that he had a real passion for the craft of detailing....and it seemed a natural fit for his talent and drive. He admits to definitely having a lot of ups and downs in detailing, but it has brought him together with a lot of amazing detailers who are now friends. Friends who have been there to support him, work with him, help him grow.....as well as to not quit!  Jacob focuses on improving his skillset, while also always doing his best to try to help educate other detailers best as he can. The best part about detailing for Jacob is how happy it makes people with what he does!  It makes him feel like he did when he was in the Army and helps him to keep his purpose in mind!  We are nothing short of honored to have one of our Military Community on this next edition of RFA Live!
