Catching Up with Emily

Emily, your entrepreneurial spirit is inspiring. I understand the need to spotlight your business, and you absolutely should! However, the constant “calls to action” are a bit exhausting to me as a regular listener. In the most recent episode, your audience was asked to check out/subscribe/visit/follow your various platforms 5 or 6 times in only the first 8 minutes. This is meant to be a casual, comfy podcast. I don’t want to be told what to do half a dozen times before I’ve even heard your main topic. Just something to consider. Keep at it. I fell off my unicycle 600 times before it finally rolled forward.

When will this girl realize she is not cut out for YouTube, podcast, etc. She has no natural flow, a very irritating voice, constantly stutters, and it’s just bad. She let all the comments about her being mature go to her head as well. This is a hot mess at best. Oh also, she’s a huge scammer. Girl, get a real job, go to school, do SOMETHING with your life.

Emily seems super sweet, but also young and immature. I’m not sure why anyone should be taking business advice from her. This podcast is just rambling and a list of ads/promo codes. I’d be more willing to listen if this was just a lifestyle podcast, but as it is...pass!

I get the podcast is supposed to be “casual” and I was subscribed and listened for a while but in the end it was too hard to follow. I ended up having to unsubscribe.
