    What is selfcare like for frontline workers during this pandemic? I did a check-in with Nurse Dee and Nurse Monecia to see how it's going. Things definitely changed for nurse Dee who contracted the virus and started doing yoga for the first time ever during her 14 day quarantine. Ofcourse, it was also challenging for nurse Monecia, who was pregnant and expecting her bundle of joy during this pandemic.
