    Peace-Building in Colombia: Alan Schulz Diaz (Year 46, Colombia)

    In this episode, Alan (Y46/2021, Colombia) will be talking about the political situation and conflict that is happening in his home country, Colombia. Seeing an active international support for the reconciliation process in Colombia, Alan has hope for the future of his home country. He mentions that “International support is a key. We, Colombians, are also positive to achieve peace to move on and stop the violence for the future of Colombia.” Alan also shares his desire to become a peace-maker and create educational contents of the history of Colombia to be shared to society to get out of conflict and civil violence.     Cyber Censorship in the 21st Century: Chaim, Megija, Lakpa

    In this episode, a group of students consisting of Chaim (Y46/2021, The Netherlands), Lakpa (Y46/2021, Nepal), and Megija (Y46/2021, Latvia) will be talking about cyber censorship in the 21st century and their personal experiences and opinions about it. Megija (Y46/2021, Latvia) mentions that cyber censorship is a threat for democracy and at the same time is beneficial for Latvia’s condition regarding the situation of the covid-19 pandemic.  Is cyber censorship beneficial for Latvia and Nepal? What are the obstacles citizens face due to different government regulations on cyber censorship? Does it harm democracy?
