    Hi there new followers and returning listeners I would just like to say I appreciate you all for listening and tuning in again. I know my setup isn't the most professional but its the content that matters and everything else will fall into place at the right times! in this new episode I explain why it is important to look within yourself and find your reason to why you keep pushing. Finding your why is the Most crucial aspect to changing your life and making it better. a meaningful and rewarding life is very important to stay happy and growing all the time mentally and spiritually. this is just my Point of View on these topics and I thought "hey why not share the way my mind thinks with the world " because today society will have you thinking totally different and possibly not be the best way for you and your life at the moment. yes I know we all just want to have fun but always remember to be at peace within your self! thank you again!     Getting Your Mind Right During The Pandemic

    my Key tips on how I was able to keep my mind on track during the Quarantine. we were hit by it and not many knew how to deal with it . I myself didn't know either but I knew I couldn't let my goals and priorities become sabotaged . I hope these key tips help you and you take away something from them and incorporate them into your lifestyle and make them a routine to check up on yourself. it is important to stay grounded and have some where to retreat when things feel like they are moving to fast or not in your direction. all these tips are aligned to work with each other and help you improve instantly if you use them correctly and stay committed and motived to Flip Your life and build the lifestyle you want.
