    Fatherhood isn’t just one role. As dads, we wear a lot of hats provider, protector, coach, teacher, disciplinarian, emotional support, husband, and so much more. But what happens when we feel like we have to wear every hat all the time? In this episode I talk about the different roles fathers carry, the pressure that comes with trying to be everything for everyone, and how easy it is to lose yourself underneath all those responsibilities. I talk about the difference between being present and simply being needed, why our kids don’t always need us to fix things, and why being vulnerable, asking for help, and admitting we don’t have all the answers doesn’t make us weak fathers it makes us human. Because our families don’t need perfect dads or superheroes. They need dads who are present, willing to grow, and willing to keep showing up. So the question is: Which hat are you wearing the most and which one have you been neglecting?
