Espooky Tales

I am so glad that this podcast covers a very overlooked perspective and new stories I haven’t heard. I wish we could hear from more cultures when it comes to true spooky stories. There’s still so much out there to tell.

Just found this podcast I enjoyed the first couple of episodes the stories are interesting but I can’t deal with all the constant giggling and laughing. Reminds me of the morbid podcast. Can be annoying.

I started off liking this podcast because I covered tales from Latino culture, but after a while, there were a few things that kept bothering me. They get side tracked way too often, and half the time it’s to make fun of the story they’re telling. It’s quite disrespectful, especially since these are often listener stories. Also, they read like children and make mistakes that don’t even make any sense. For example saying that someone played a bass in a band… read as the fish, not the instrument. It just all became too distracting for me to enjoy the stories at all.

I love listening to these ladies talk it feels like your talking to your homegirls. They keep it interesting and fun and always have something fun to learn about.
