Self Destruction Reconstruction

Life is hard! When you come from a line of self destructing women, how do you manage to quit self sabatoging over and over. IDK...I do however know I'm tired of it. I say we talk it out...work it out together... Debilitating Depression, promiscuity, regain after vsg, random drug use, alcohol abuse....any of these sound familiar?
