Interview with Joe Mazzei

Hi all welcome to another episode of Wadflake's Mental Health Journey. On Wednesday I interviewed Joe who is the founder of Waterloo United alongside his brother Ewan. They created this football team following the first lockdown to boost not only women's mental health, but men's mental health as it is not talked about a lot and get them to join together as a team and to support one another. This is open to women and men of all ages. They meet on a Sunday at the moment, because of daylight saving hours at 10:30.

I will also be talking about how I felt as this is when I went through my mental health phase and needed help as well as talking to Brett on his overview on how he felt not only with me going through my meltdown but how he managed to deal with his own problems working in retail.
