    EP45: Samantha Lander was born and raised in St. Louis and graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Sports Management. After college she moved to LA to purse a career in the music industry. Eventually, she moved back home to STL to start her Personal Training business and expanding into Functional Health. She is a Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist which allows her to run functional labs to find out underlying stressors in the body that are preventing people from optimizing their health. She takes a holistic approach and follows what she calls the D.R.E.S.S. protocol to help people become their best selves. She chose this path because of her own personal health journey and wanting to help others struggling with similar symptoms. She is a mom of an amazing 4 year old.
