    The Story of You

What a fascinating conversation with my guest this week Lisa Hedley. I loved our chats before, during and after the podcast, She is intriguing and such a beautiful soul on this Earth. Lisa is a psychospiritual counselor, transformation advisor and hand analyst who specialises in uncovering and integrating the shadow self to support deep emotional healing, behavioural transformation, and expanded stages of consciousness. She works at the intersection of therapeutic psychology and spiritual development, helping clients release limiting patterns, dissolve unconscious conditioning, and reconnect with their higher self. We spoke about her trauma she faced in her own childhood, facing rejection, abandonment through her Mother's departure and her Father's lack of emotional awareness in what children need to feel safe, seen and supported. Lisa found her path to healing, not just in the different modalities she learned and trained in, but in becoming a Mother to her beautiful son who is her greatest gift. A profound story of courage, resilience and inspiration. So grateful to meet Lisa and the many beautiful souls that cross my path through the podcast. Support Systems for Moms in Life and Business

What a beautiful and authentic conversation with Maria-Katarina Johannesson, who is a first time Mom and building her business. Maria broke down the technical jargon that sometimes stops us from moving forward in our business - back links, digital PR and the like, Maria simplified it in her introduction by asking one important question " What kind of people are interested in your services or products"? Having a good understanding of your target audience helps you to have a clear direction on making more leads, sales and profits, but behind all of these is the human connection, allowing your clients and customers to get to know you. And that is exactly what Maria did today, She showed up as a new Mom sharing her skills and services in supporting other business owners, but also as a Mom that has different priorities and finding a work life balance is not always that easy. We leaned into this a little more and spoke of finding support systems - not just for being a new Mom, but also as a business owner. We touched on :Letting go of unrealistic expectationsHolding yourself with compassion, even when life is complex and confusing!Learning to exist in the in-between - where diapers, deadlines and dreams all collide. We explore the idea that maybe balance and success don't exist in the way we have been taught, but that a more nuanced approach is needed - where it is okay to be tired. Tarot for Personal Transformation

This week on the podcast, I’m joined by Janis King, a tarot master, author and educator with over 20 years of experience. In this deeply moving conversation, Janis shares not only what tarot is, its history, and how it has evolved, but also her own personal journey with it. She speaks openly about a time in her life when everything had fallen apart - her marriage, her home, and her finances, and how she found herself searching for answers. When Janis went for her first tarot reading, it wasn’t what she wanted to hear. Yet, in hindsight, it became the turning point that led her onto a path of curiosity, learning, and profound personal growth. What began as a search for answers unfolded into a journey that opened her life in the most beautiful and unexpected ways.As Janis so beautifully says, “Tarot connects us to life, and life expresses itself through us.” This perspective offers a powerful understanding of how tarot can support both personal and professional transformation, helping to build a strong foundation for growth. Her passion and enthusiasm are truly inspiring as she shares her mission to guide others in reaching their full potential- supporting them in identifying and moving through blocks in life, business, and relationshipsJanis is the author of three books, including her most recent work, Tarot - The Life Code; A Fool, A Magician and The Secret of Life, and the creator of the award winning The Life Code Tarot Deck. Attention is Love in Action

Special Episode✨This week’s podcast episode is a truly heartfelt one, as I’m joined by my dear friend, Camino walking companion, and all-round incredible human being, Joanne Williams.Joanne was part of a beautiful group of 22 souls who walked the Camino with me last week. In this conversation, we reflect on what that journey meant to us - not just the physical path, but the deeper inner journey it invited within each of us. The Camino has a way of holding a mirror up to life itself… and this episode gently explores that.Joanne lives with ongoing health challenges, and her experience on the Camino became a powerful journey of acceptance - learning to move at her own pace, to honour her body, and to trust herself every step of the way. Along the path, she shares how connection, laughter, and meaningful conversations can carry us through the tougher moments - both on the Camino and in everyday life.We also explore how her studies in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Rebirthing Breathwork support her in managing anxiety and pain, while deepening her ability to stay present, listen inwardly, and respond to what she truly needs.I feel so grateful to have shared this journey with Joanne, and for all the beautiful connections that continue to weave our paths together. If you’ve ever walked the Camino, are curious about it, or simply feel called to reflect on your own life journey, this conversation will speak to your heart 💛🎧 Listen now and join us on this soulful walk of life.So grateful to https://intothewestadventures.com/ for guiding me and my groups on another wonderful journey.
