Mindset matters; win your morning, win your day!

We can start the day by letting someone else set the tone, or, we can set the tone by claiming the first 10-20 minutes of our day just for us. Enjoy a quiet cup of coffee before anyone needs anything from you, meditiate, move your body; the point is to take care of you. These feelings of calm and fulfilment you create will stay with you throughout your day.

However, do we know who we really are?? Mommas, getting selfish allows us to get to know ourselves so we can share our authentic selves with our world and with our kiddos. Let them see the real you so they know, in return, the real them is enough.

Happy momma, happy home

Just like the thermostat sets the temperature for our house, mommas, we set the tone of our home. The energy we bring sets the emotional tone, doesn't it. I am sure you have noticed, when you're having a day...the kiddos seem off the walls too! Energy is contagious; both the good and the not great! Therefore, when we are filled with joy and exude calm, so will those around us. Get selfish...take care of you and everyone will reap the good feelin's!!

Society reveres the woman, the mom, who gives all she has to give. But what about her? What about you? Mommas, Heather and Nikko are here to flip the script. We want to remind you that you matter. A lot!! We can not pour from an empty cup. However, when we take time to make our health and wellness a priority, we will have the positive energy, joy and love we want to share with the humans we love and value most. Heck...even the cashier at the grocery store will benefit when you have all happiness and patience to share. Getting selfish is the most selfless thing you can do! True story! We are here to remind to and show you how to get selfish!!
