Ep. 05 Relationship Unhappily Ever After ( eng-bahasa)

Since we were born, We’ve been socialized to believe that other people holds the key to our happiness ( partner, friends, spouse). We have been led to believe that other people or our partner is the one who will complete us as a person. This is a dangerous idea because in life, the only person we can rely on is ourselves. No one else can complete, heal or fix us. Fullfillment can only come from within ourselves. In today’s episode I wanna take you to look deeper at your relationship - that includes your relationship with yourself :)

Hi Everyone! It’s because we are all being too hard on ourselves. We are making life harder than it has to be. Life is getting easier when you simplify your life. So, how to be happy with less? Because, we all have the ability to create the life we want. We just need to learn how to do it :)
