Carpe Diem. How to seize the day.

This episode includes mission trips to help orphanages, drugs, sex, God and Lucifer and everything about life well obviously not everything but some of the most important things. It talks about how to take advantage of opportunities if you listen in between the lines.

SUICIDE ... HELP ... UNCENSORED

I've dealt with the nightmare of suicidal thoughts / ideations for many years. This is a guide that I still use and have used for the past few years of my suicidal ideations, after suffering much worse for years before I created this experience. I've sought help from many clinicians. But I found the most help in studying philosophies and crafting my own meditations and system for dealing with these ghostly thoughts. I'll be honest; there's still a struggle, but carrying the burden is much easier now. And I'm more functional than I otherwise would be. It's not easy, but it's worth a try.
