The Black American experience is plagued by a traumatic history and countless chances of accountability from all parties involved. Once slavery was abolished, the civil rights movement occurred, and the first Black Wall street destruction, then ushered in what we tend to know of the mixed group of individuals who aren't solidified by easily into the "history book" Black American story. This story brings us to day now the relationship with the criminal justice system and police, the constant confusion in voting and politics, the theory of what's happening with the Black family, Black wealth, and the fear of a Black man.

The news stories are being filled once again with stories about Black men being killed or harassed by the police. Stories like in the recent incident involving Daunte Wright and the Brooklyn Center Police officer, the ongoing trial of Derek Chauvin, and the Virginia traffic stop of the Black Army Medic.
We see the stories of cisgender Black men killed more than that of the opposite. Is this an attempt to weaken the appearance of the true strength of a rise of Black male greatness in their respective communities to lead them or is it just situational?
