    Pairing a Poem to a Tea (ft. Plum Deluxe and my Dad)

    Tea Taste Test with My Mom

    My mom joined me for this episode of QTP! We tasted teas, ranked them, and got to chat about her life. It was a special time to record with her and I hope you enjoy both of our random banter. Within the episode we drank the following teas: 1. “Sleepy time Herbal Tea” by Celestial Seasons, 2. "Belly Comfort" by Traditional Medicinals, and 3.     Avatar: Jasmine Dragon, Laghima, and Korrasami

    Today's episode is themed around Avatar The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra! This beautiful show has made its way into our hearts, and blessed us with quality character development, iconic music, and fantastic animation. I had a blast writing the script for this episode. We will talk about the original tea drinker, Uncle Iroh, then touch upon Korra and Asami's relationSHIP, and end with poetry by air nomad Guru Laghima. I did my best to pull in traditional Japanese music and sound effects. All sounds are from Freesound.org or noncopyrighted music sites.
