    A different approach to culture change: pragmatic, simple, quick and organic

    We believe passionately that cultural change can be driven in a new simple, quick, and organic way. This is NOT a top-down or central department-driven approach with culture specialists, but rather a journey triggered and self-managed by those who a) experience cultural tensions and misalignments in their own team and b) naturally have the courage and impetus (leadership) to initiate and drive change.  In this approach people in their teams are considered as the experts when it comes to their culture, which includes their understanding and alignment of their organisation's purpose and core values.
