When It All Feels Like Too Much

Hi there! I took my own medicine today. And it worked. When I got home, I laid down with my feet up against the couch and listened to When It All Feels Like Too Much. It really helped! And so, I’m gifting that one recording to you. Keep it and play it whenever you need it. (like the holiday hoopla that’s about to begin and unexpected car repairs…) To receive this audio gift, click here. To see the full audio collection, click here. This is a public episode. Control Dressed As Love, Is Still Control

You can’t want something for someone that they don’t want for themselves. You can’t love someone enough for them to change. You think what you want from him or her is good for them, better for them, the “right” thing. And maybe it is. But it’s not your job to decide, or to take action, or to give ultimatums (even if you feel it’s coming from a loving place.) Isn’t that incredibly hard to digest? Every week I share one honest piece about what it looks like to trust yourself when the conditions aren’t perfect yet. 💖 See more stories here: trustinjoy.substack.com This is a public episode.
