    Accountability on all fronts

    Personally, I've always felt that placing blame on someone else, even if it's justified, is the easy way out. I like to look at things from a different angle, instead of placing blame I like to ask what I could do differently and improve on for the next time I'm in a situation. Not excusing the person doing the wronging, but simply controlling what i can control, which is me and what I learn from my pain and/or shortcomings.
