    In this episode, Judence Kayitesi introduces her book: Ein Zerbrochen Leben; which translates from German to mean: A Broken Life. She shares her story of survival from the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda. She teaches us that even though we don’t always choose what happens to us, life is a gift and we can choose to forgive and live a meaningful life. Judence reminds us that making memories with the people around ourselves is one of the greatest blessings life has to offer.
