    10 Things We Can Do To Help Food/Restaurant Workers - From Actual Employees

    A while back I asked my followers on IG if they worked in the restaurant/food industry.  I was surprised to learn how many actually work or have a family member that does (or maybe did at one point).  After going for take-out during the pandemic, I noticed that prices have gone up, wait time is up, customers are antsy, and the employees were running around just trying to get through the day.  The pandemic changed everything.  I then asked what makes their job hard and what would make their jobs better.  The following were their top-ten requests.  Mind you, there were more...  but the others were not PG-13 Support the show

    Ah nostalgia, frenemy of mine...  You come to me when I'm longing for the past, then, out of nowhere, you kick my ass!  Today we're visiting a film from 1993, set in a quiet little suburb called The San Fernando Valley.   Picture this:  You just moved from another state, summer just started, and you've got no friends, but by the end of summer your life will never be the same.  Revisiting The Sandlot and its little known (and awesome) facts made me wish I could have another summer with my childhood friends.  This is a MUST episode for this 4th of July.   Enjoy!
