    In this episode, we talk about taking control of your emotions, your mindset, and your choices, among many other things. Hormones can sometimes get the best of us, but we have the ability to control our choices and how we react to the circumstances around us. Our mindset is SO important when it comes to how we treat periods and how periods are perceived by our younger generations.

    For our first episode, I invited Kathryn Brownlow to join me as we talk about periods and reflect upon our experiences. Born and raised in Florida, Kathryn is an intensive care nurse. Her mom is also a nurse and her dad is a mechanical engineer. Kathryn is a kind, caring soul and full of life! I was honored to have her as my first guest!
