Topics that we chat about include but are never limited to; conscious cycle-breaking parenting (6 children collectively), chronic illness, anti racism, anti diet, queer stuff, mental health, hippie topics, witchy rituals, sex, politics, community, relationships and not just romantic ones, coparenting, emotions, communication, body neutrality, crafty things..essentially, everything but mostly how the hell do we continue to show up when the forks tend to outweigh our spoons?! **We will do our best to provide trigger warnings where applicable however we are not perfect.
