    Imposter Syndrome

    Christina Flach is a Celebrity Makeup and Hair Artist and the creator/CEO of Pretty Girl Makeup. Christina was married to professional tennis player, Ken Flach. In 2018, he died after a brief bout of sepsis. Since then, Christina has been dedicated to raising public awareness of the danger of sepsis, the symptoms to watch for, and the importance of receiving swift medical attention. She has partnered with Sepsis Alliance to produce awareness campaigns highlighting Ken’s story. On this episode, we talk to Christina about facing your imposter syndrome head on and how to overcome it while running a business.  Imposter Syndrome is doubting your abilities and feeling like a fraud. High-achieving people have a difficult time accepting their accomplishments.     Hold Yourself Accountable

    I'm sharing my story of when I didn't hold myself accountable with an old friend. How I thought that everyone else around me was the problem. The resources that I learned to got me to the place of holding myself accountable. When you become accountable for your behavior and actions toward others; you grow!  Through self-love and self reflecting, I learned how to become the best version of myself.
