Through a careful analysis of scholarly literature, Ilana, Andrea, and Ryan enumerate the drastic consequences of unregulated neoliberal capitalism; explore corporate practices, the structure of the healthcare system, and digital democracy; and discuss what it means to be alive in a time when profit is valued above people.

Ultimately, our group discovers the power of community: its ability to heal, bring hope, and inspire change.

    analyzing the past, understanding the present, saving our future In Principium episode one, “If Not Us…”, we discuss the history of education, the necessity of knowledge, and how creating a well educated population is the key to a prosperous society.  Through personal anecdotes and thoughts, we offer our ideas for a brighter education system.  All of this is in hopes of creating a population that will change unsustainable consumption habits, become appropriately engaged in civic responsibilities, and focus on curing metaphorical illnesses instead of only addressing the symptoms.
