Every Business Owner Needs To Hear This

Gary Norris, CEO of Norris Ventures and Joe Nazario, Managing Partner at DPS Card Services provide a look at what it takes to scale as a restaurant owner and some of the things that need to be avoided to succeed in today's market. Norris Ventures  Change Management When personnel, operational or procedural changes are necessary to reach the next level of growth and profitability, the process of discovery and implementation is the battlefield where victory is achieved. Utilizing our proven and proprietary 4-step approach which encompases pre-launch appraisals, systematic transitions, operational mapping and resource valuations, Norris Ventures is redefining the outcomes of change management for today’s industries and corporations. We make your success, seamless. Corporate Expansion If our Change Management and Franchise Replication programs had a baby, she would be our Corporate Expansion Program. A perfect combination of both her parents, the CEP takes an initial deep dive into the operational, financial, marketing and brand identity aspects of your company in order to create the leanest, cleanest version of your concept possible. Once we have accomplished that, it’s on to getting your newly-refreshed model ready to multiply. That trajectory looks much like the franchising process in many ways; however, with corporate expansion, we are preparing you to open multiple locations for yourself and not other entrepreneurs. From the initial brand assessment to the grand opening of your first replication - we’ll be there to guide you every step of the way. Franchise Replication Our proprietary 3-step process includes: Concept-to-Model Purposefully protecting your original concept while simultaneously identifying every adjustment and tweak necessary for seamless replication is the first-phase of how we get your vision and brand ready to scale. Model-to-Market In this second-phase of development, we don’t just hand you a strategy - we roll up our sleeves and do the heavy lifting right beside you. This means handling all of the necessary FDD legal work, manual writing and training materials you will need to bring your model to the marketplace with a robust infrastructure in place. Market-to-Multiply In this third phase of scaling, we lead you through the franchise sales cycle and bring vetted franchisees to the table, ready and eager to own locations of their own.. From there, it’s lather, rinse, repeat with our assistance at every phase - from the contract signing through the grand opening. DPS Card Services Who We Are A Broker advocating for merchants seeking solutions for point-of-sale systems(cash registers), mobile devices, virtual terminals, and ecommerce accounts. What's wrong with this picture? Skyrocketing healthcare costs

Employer-sponsored insurance covers approximately 157 million people. A total of 90% of workers are employed by a firm that offers health insurance benefits. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reports health insurance has increased by more than 10% from 2018-2019, while health care cost increases remained in line with inflation, at less than 2%. Why is the spread so large when there is neither supply or demand pressure? Consider this... In two years, CEO pay at the eight (8) biggest insurance companies more than doubled. "Non-profit" hospital executives now regularly receive $10 million dollar comp packages. Meanwhile, the average worker's share of family premiums increased 40% since 2010, total family premiums increased 55% since 2010. And, what's sad is that the reason these percentages are not even higher is the ever-increasing deductible.  What can a company do about it? Que Jared Mongold, Healthcare Strategist and Benefits Expert at the Insurance Office of America. Jared discusses options that are available for your company to both improve your healthcare and reduce healthcare costs.  The information provided in this episode is both valuable, eye opening and will probably disgust you to some degree while making you think twice about your own insurance plan.  Don't hesitate to contact Jared to discuss how he can be your go-to in protecting both your family and your employees. Jared can be reached at (727) 565-7073 or email jared.mongold@ioausa.com. Just tell him CG Moneta sent ya!
