I’m less that half a year in but I don’t wanna look like a job hopper. How the hell do I deal with this?" Strain of the Week: Biscotti Drink of the Week: Rum Old Fashioned Rum Old Fashioned Ingredients: 1 sugar cube  1 tsp water  2 dashes aromatic bitters  2 dashes orange bitters  1 oz light rum  1 oz dark rum  Garnish: Twist of orange or lime Directions: Add sugar cube, water, and bitters to an old fashioned glass and muddle Fill with ice (or one big cube) Add rums and stir to combine Garnish with a twist of orange or lime ----------------- Do you have a problem you'd like help with?     Halloween is nearly upon us, so Birdie and Drew talk their most and least favorite trick or treat candy, recall some of their best and worst halloween costumes, and help a listener stop eating junk food after their kids are in bed. Strain of the Week: Gorilla Glue #4 Drink of the Week: Corpse Reviver No. 2 Ingredients: 1 oz. gin 1 oz. Cocchi Americano or Lillet Blanc 1 oz. Cointreau 1 oz. fresh lemon juice 1 dash absinthe Instructions: Rinse a chilled couple glass with a dash of absinthe; discard any remainder. Strain of the Week: Runtz Drink of the Week: Hurricane Hurricane Ingredients: 2 ounces light rum 2 ounces dark rum 1 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed1 ounce orange juice, freshly squeezed ½ ounce passion fruit puree or juice ½ ounce simple syrup 1 teaspoon grenadine Garnish: orange half-wheel Garnish: preserved cherry Instructions:  Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until your hands are cold.  Strain into a large Hurricane glass over fresh ice.  Garnish with an orange wheel and cherry. ----------------- Do you have a problem you'd like help with?
