    Come and See the Savior | What Does It Mean to Believe in Jesus?

    What does it really mean to believe in Jesus? John 3:16 tells us that God loved the world and gave His Son. Those familiar words invite us to consider our own response: do we trust Jesus as Savior, and how does that trust shape our lives? In Come and See the Savior, Part 3 of our journey through the Gospel of John, we explore Jesus’ nighttime conversation with Nicodemus, His teaching about being born of water and the Spirit, and the connection to baptism and new life. We also revisit the bronze snake in Numbers 21 to understand why Jesus said He must be lifted up—pointing toward the cross and the salvation He came to bring. At the heart of this message is God’s love and an invitation to respond to Jesus with belief, trust, and surrender.     Come and See The Divine

    What do Jesus’ signs reveal about who He really is? In John 2, Jesus performs His first miraculous sign by turning water into wine at a wedding in Cana. But this miracle addresses more than an immediate need—it reveals His glory and points toward the abundant life, true cleansing, and new covenant He came to bring. Jesus then enters the temple and overturns the tables of those misusing His Father’s house. Through this act, He demonstrates righteous zeal and divine authority while identifying His own body as the true temple that would be destroyed and raised again.     Who Is Jesus Really? | Come and See

    Who is Jesus really? The Gospel of John begins by presenting Jesus as more than a teacher, religious leader, or historical figure. Jesus is the eternal Word, the Creator, and the One who makes the invisible God known. In the opening message of our Come and See series, Dr. Gregg Marutzky explores John 1 and the meaning of Jesus as the Logos—the personal bridge between God and humanity. He explains the incarnation, what it means for Jesus to be full of grace and truth, and John’s invitation to believe in Jesus and receive life in His name.     He’s Worth It: What Is Jesus Worth to You?

    What is Jesus worth to you? In Matthew 26, two people encounter the same Jesus and respond in completely different ways. One woman pours out expensive perfume worth nearly a year's wages in an extravagant act of devotion. Judas chooses 30 pieces of silver to betray Him. What made the difference? How we view Jesus determines how we respond to Jesus. In He's Worth It, we explore the contrast between devotion and betrayal, why Judas called Jesus "Rabbi" while the disciples called Him "Lord," and the difference between simply being around Jesus and actually being close to Him.     Life on the Vine: Self-control

    Why can we know the right thing to do and still struggle to do it? In the ninth and final message of Life on the Vine, Dr. Gregg Marutzky explores self-control, the final fruit of the Spirit in Galatians 5. Through Scripture, personal stories, humor, and research, Gregg examines why self-control matters, what gets in the way of it, and why simply trying harder isn't always enough. He looks at temptation, peer pressure, pleasure, denial, wise and foolish choices, and the relationship between God's grace and personal discipline.     Weighed: What will you do with what you've been given?

    What are you doing with what you've been given? In Daniel 5, King Belshazzar has wealth, power, influence, and seemingly complete control. But during an extravagant banquet, he takes sacred objects from God's temple and uses them to mock the very God who gave his kingdom its blessings. Then a hand begins writing on the wall. In Weighed, Kyle Lounsbury explores this dramatic moment and what Belshazzar's story reveals about our own lives. The gods may look different today, but we're still tempted to build our lives around money, comfort, desires, image, and the illusion that we're ultimately in control. When Daniel interprets the words Mene, Tekel, Parsin, Belshazzar receives a sobering verdict: his life has been weighed and found wanting. This message challenges us to consider how we're stewarding what God has entrusted to us, the convictions we're passing to the next generation, and the responsibility of mature Christians to help those coming behind them with both truth and love. But being "weighed" isn't where the message ends. When our own strength isn't enough, we're reminded of the promise of 2 Corinthians 12:9: God's grace is sufficient.     Life on the Vine: Faithfulness

    Can People Still Be Counted On?Trust is built over time. So is faithfulness. In Part 7 of the Life on the Vine series, Marcel Hall explores the fruit of the Spirit known as faithfulness and why it begins long before our actions.
