Then we bring gold energy into our bodies and circulate it through our systems to bring balance and healing, and we open ourselves up to feeling whatever emotions comes up. Once we're full up with the gold, we spread it out into the world around us.

In this episode we’ll explore how to give your resolutions the best possible chance by creating an inner state conducive to achieving your goals. And we’ll look at the differences between making resolutions and setting intentions. Is it more than just semantics? I’ll also share a meditation technique that’s super effective and easy to do, and as always, there’s a companion audio file with a guided meditation where we open ourselves up to hearing the voice within.

It's also great to do right before bed to help your body systems wind down in preparation for sleep.
